A classic Dolcetto in every sense, this traditional wine has deep yet subtle blueberry aromatics, content to mellow rather than jump from the glass. It is soft and juicy, with undertones of rich earth and a calm finish.
Tasting Note: Dolcetto is the Piemonte’s workhorse grape that is uncomplicated, fruity, and food friendly with a notable tannin structure that will keep the red wine drinkers in your life happy.
Medium-intensity purple-to-ruby in color, this wine has an aromatic nose of black cherry, black plum and black currant with some violet and fig notes.
The dry, full-bodied dolcetto has velvety, green, high tannin supported by medium-plus acidity with flavors on the palate being less pronounced than on the nose.
