From Ribera del Duero and a vineyard right next to Vega Sicilia.

Robert Parker 90 points:

A blend of 75% Tempranillo, 15% Merlot, and 10% Cabernet Sauvignon aged 16 months in French oak, the sexy, deep ruby/purple-colored, Pomerol-like 1999 Crianza exhibits a smoky bouquet with notes of espresso, fudge, and jammy black currants as well as cherries. Supple-textured, medium-bodied, lush, richly fruity, and seamless, it should drink well for a decade.

I think Parker got it slightly wrong as the wine is still young.
