FOR SALE: ONE BOTTLE OF 1966 DOM PERIGNON ROSE
This bottle is being sold from my own personal collection and is in excellent condition for its age, with the bottle, label and foil all intact. The level is quite superb - the best I have seen for a bottle of DP from the 1960's. There is a normal faint wisp of sediment which settles nicely, leaving a nice clear rose champagne. The bottle has been stored in cool and dark conditions during the years that I have owned it. I am not sure you would be able to find a better example of a this champagne elsewhere to be honest.
On that note, 1966 DP Rose is now very rare indeed; indeed it is currently not available from here in the UK; and only available from two outlets worldwide, for £735 & £925 + VAT/Duty. A reserve and buy it now price has been applied that is therefore very fair given the scarcity and condition of this bottle.
