Description

3 Magnums of 1985 Hedisieck Monopole Rose. This wine was reviewd by R Parker in 1993 scoring 94 points but with no tasting note.
I have tried the wine recently and it is relatively youthfull and effervescent, a really nice dry rose Champagne in very good condition, no doubt due to being stored in Magnum.
The colour is onion skin with a salmon hue. The mousse fine and persistant.
A very slight discolouration of the labels but for 25 year old that's not bad.
3 bottles tried and all in good condition.
