from 2014 harvest - classified vin de table (freedom from Emmanuel do what it want for rosé without following the AOC rule)
Very limited stock from Emmanuel Reynaud of Château Rayas, some quantity low yield and mostly do USA.
What can we expect from Emmanuel Reynaud? No a delicate Provence rosé and fragment flavours.
Long maceration Grenache and Cinsault, rosé de saigné. Beautiful colour of "Ambré" Caramel/Orange, wild strawberry and cerise eau de vie taste. great with food, more like autumn rosé. unique. (Patrick WB ex-sommelier Hambleton Hall, Le Gavroche, L'Orangerie in L.A.)
