Named after the eldest daughter of Bernard de Nonancourt, this delicate Rose was the best kept secret in the Tours-sur-Marne cellars until it was revealed as the surprise present at Alexandra's wedding.
The ultimate Rose, it is a rare wine and 1997 is only the fourth vintage to have been released. Only 100% rated Pinot Noir grapes are used in the process known as 'saigne - apart from a small percentage of Chardonnay added at the time of pressing.
This champagne has a gentle pink colour with a deep, powerful, complex nose that develops into toasty honey aromas. This wine has carried Laurent-Perrier's reputation for Rose champagnes to new heights.
