Robe: light gold, with fine and abundant bubbles.

Nose: very expressive, evoking candied peach, citrus zest, marzipan and oasted brioche. A nice freshness develops after waving.

Palate: fresh and sweet attack. Smoothness intensified by pleasant butter notes.
Beautiful final on roasted almond, grapefruit and honey.
