'An absolutely stunning presentation from a single vineyard. A Champagne full of energy that creates a wide array of finely crafted aromatic and almost tactile sensations. Only 4 grams of sugar per litre this Champagne delivers the distinctive fresh and salty notes this house is famous for as well as a bold vinous acidity which is hugely moreish!

Les Chèvres Pierreuses (The Stoney Goat) named after the early budding of the plot of the vineyard meaning farmers used to feed their goats here first in early spring.
