Description

One bottle of 1962 Dom Perignon for sale, in extremely good condition (please see pictures).
It has been stored in my own temperature/humidity controlled wine room, away from UV and vibration.
It is one of the jewels of my Dom Perignon collection and I am releasing it now on its 50th birthday in the hope that I can marry it up with someone who is celebrating their 50th year.
Of the few bottles I have seen online the price (inc. VAT) ranges from £550 - £650. As a private seller I can undercut these prices and therefore I offer this fantastic champagne for a very good price.
Please feel free to ask any questions, especially as this is my first sale on wine bidder.

I have pasted an extract below regarding the 62 Dom -

Moët & Chandon, Champagne (France) Dom Pérignon Brut 1962: The 1962 Dom Pérignon came the closest to tasting like a great white Burgundy, such as Montrachet. It is floral and voluptuous, but still fresh, and with great acidity. A superb Champagne, at its peak; one could not help but love this 44 year-old beauty. Another taster present proclaimed this 1962 the Champagne of the evening. For me, the 1962 was second only to the 1966, which possessed greater youth and balance. 98 Points.
