Dom Pérignon Vintage is not made every year. It is only produced in the best years and consists of only one vintage of grapes. This is the 1999 Vintage which is hard to come by lately.
Dom Pérignon's cellarmaster Richard Geoffroy describes the Vintage 1999 as follows: "This vintage is successful thanks to the structure. Never has champagne held so well on the palate. As if it will never fade away... It's surprising and somewhat bewildering: in a word - magnificent!"
