Description

Light elegant English Champagne style sparkler from the Hampshire Downs.

Pale gold with aromas of red berries and brioche. The palate is fruity, broad and round and is balanced by brisk acidity and fine mousse. It has a lovely delicate toasty character from the ageing on lees whilst the gentle oak flavour adds an extra layer of complexity.
