Winemaker's Notes
Luminous gold appearance with salmon-pink reflections. Rich and complex nose, revealing aromas of soft fruit mingled with notes of toast and exotic fruit. Supple and spontaneous attack. Generous and silky wine on the palate releasing flavours of fresh soft fruit. The finish is marked by excellent aromatic persistence. A balanced, lively and intense wine.
The perfect accompaniment to meats such as lamb, veal, guinea-fowl and even pheasant, or fish, such as salmon. Vintage Rosé will also flatter any pudding made of fresh red berries.
