Description

Blended from 30 still wines, the three grapes involved (Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier) are split in equal measure to create a balanced Champagne.Aged for a minimum of three years prior to release, the ageing process gives all the flavours a chance to mature to an optimum level.White floral notes are complemented by apples and brioche on the nose before stone fruits, hazelnut, almond and honey flavours begin to emerge on the palate.While always welcome as an aperitif, it works wonderfully with Far-East cuisine, where the Champagne can work in tandem with the array of spices involved in the dish.
