1 x bottle in great condition, level at base of neck, label & capsule great.

Old vines produce wines of great depth & concentration of flavour, with often deceptively silky smooth tannins, which are some what of a surprise. The 1993 St Hallett Old Block is a big & very generous red with a profoundly peppery long after taste. If this was packaged as Penfold's Grange, one would happily shell out $200. This is a wine that is so easy to drink now or forget for the next 15 years.
Medium to full red-purple, clean, medium intense bouquet of dark cherry & plum fruit, with oak evident but in restraint. As ever, a marvellously stylish wine on the palate, spotlessly clean & very well crafted, with that black cherry fruit & vanilla cream texture & flavour coming from the judicious use of very good American oak.

Direct deposit is preferred, although paypal is accepted a 5% fee will be added to the final invoice.
