Description

Gattinara is the unknown compatriot of Barolo and Barbaresco. Rich long lived wines using the Nebbiolo grape carry it through decades developing slowly into unctuous wines. Not always high alcohol, but intense fruit and fine tannins steer it to readiness.

These bottles are in spectacularly good condition considering they have seen over 6 decades of life ..... older than me !!!!

Currently lying in a wine merchant premises, offering great presentation.
