Sincere and enveloping it opens slowly in the glass with scents of ash, cinchona, rhubarb, wood slats, star of anise and orange rind. It is spicy and intact 40 years after the harvest, still exciting and with a naturally beautiful profile. The tannins have been polymerized with the action of time but the freshness of the acidity remains vibrant and crunchy. Drink now or hold.
