Sciaccarellu, Nielluccio, Cinsault

Typical of the Ajaccio appellation, with its notes of spices, aromatic herbs and black fruits, and its deep and intense mouth.

CEPAGES
Sciaccarello (60%) - Nielluccio (30%) - Carignan and Cinsault (10%)
Terroir
Granitic arena hillsides. Acidic and poor land.
VINIFICATION
Reception of grapes by strip conquest, then sorting on the table. Fermentation in concrete tanks. Maceration for 10 days. Classic winemaking with daily remontages.
Breeding
16 months in a tank.
DEGUSTATION
Beautiful bright intense ruby color, with glowing reflections, in which a few brown shades begin to mingle. The nose evokes ripe red fruits, and is a summary of spicy notes (myrtle). It is a joyful wine, with a gourmet mouth, with a pretty body coating the palate, tannins present but already round, and a generous and fruity finish. A juicy wine.
SERVICE ADVICE
Serve between 17°C and 19°C.
