Description

From a small block of vines this is a beautifully-wrought Chardonnay that is reminiscent of top Chablis. Light golden colour, nose of fresh rain, chalk and just-ripe pear, a palate of orchard fruit framed by fine minerality and a pleasing seam of lemon-flecked acid.

Part fermented in Italian clay amphora and part using whole bunches, this is a dark red Pinot with primary notes of blackberries and bramble fruits, plenty of spice and a certain earthiness on the finish.
