The chateau speaks for itself, and 1989 has gone down as one of the great age-worthy vintages of the last century. One of 9 remaining bottles from an opened OWC of 12 that has only ever been stored in bond followed by my climate-controlled (12°C, 60% humidity) cellar for the last 7 years. Bottle condition and label look like new. This is simply an amazing well-aged classified growth in the middle of what might be a 50-year prime drinking window!
