The Cuvee Jan is a two grape varietal wine; Macabeo and Grenache. The 2017 vintage has a minerality that expresses the terroir of our Macabeo Grenache vineyard at the mid-levels of the Black Mountain mountain range. This minerality translates as freshness on the palate. It has a medium golden colour with elegant tannins. The Cuvee Jan 2017 complements fish dishes, creamy risottos, and sushi. Best served chilled!
