Description

Closed early on, the nose eventually opens to reveal earthy fruit aromas backed by cinnamon, clay and red pepper flake. Bright cherry fruit flavors on the palate are invigorating, while background raspberry notes are intensified by chocolate and a touch of oak-based dill. Modern but still sort of classical; nice in an approachable way.
