Listing for a vertical collection including 2001, 2007, 2008, 2010, 2015 & 2017. Delicious proof of how well cabernet and merlot can work in the Languedoc. That French word sucrosité (the quality of balancing sweetness of fruit) headed my tasting note for this very accomplished claret-like red, displaying as it does a lovely blackcurrant flavour, complemented by oak and a lick of spice. Lovely poise with fat and length.
