Legendary Cali Chardonnay - one of its finest. 96/100 RP (the review ends with a one-word sentence: "Wow!")

These bottles came from a collection that was stored in an excellent underground cellar, but the bottles were stacked on top of each other in plastic crates rather than in racks. As a consequence the labels tend to look a bit sorry for themselves - they are miscoloured, scuffed and/or torn to various degrees. But I've drunk umpteen bottles from the collection, and without fail the contents have been in excellent condition.
