Description

Cedary scented and fine-flavoured Carmenère from Chile. The hillside vineyard is planted on the top terraces of Cerro Basalto, where the roots plunge deep into the friable, low-fertility schist rock. Low yield.

Koyle is the project of the Undurraga family which sold the company that bears its name and bought an estate near Los Lingues, called Viña Koyle, in Alto Colchagua.

Acquired from The Wine Society in July 2017 where it has stayed in its cellars ever since.

Drinking window 2017-2025.

Sadly have to sell this as I am living abroad.
