Picpoul de Pinet Font-Mars from Jean -Baptiste de Clok is one of the greatest picpoul in the region.
Vintage 2021..
Style : This is a clean lemony , taut and very dry but with an underlying depth and richness , crying out for oysters or seafood ..
The soil and sub soil has an incredible richness of "Fossilised "Dinosaur`s Eggs" blending with limestone and clay vineyard soil and come through the texture of the wine.. Incredible!

A dry white savoury and rich to try with seafood, white meat and oysters..
