1x bottle of Saperi Barbaresco 2007, by winemakers Flavio Saglietti, Fabio Pezzuto and Bruno Rivetti. Bottle is in excellent condition as seen on the photos.
This is a fantastic expression of 100% Nebbiolo grape at the perfect point of maturity.
Colour is pale garnet, the aromas and flavours combine the classic red sour fruit and orange nuances of the variety, with softened tannins, spice and dried fruit and hints of tar and cigar.
The high acidity and alcohol levels will preserve the freshness of the wine for further years of ageing in bottle.
