An absolute gorgeous Beerenauslese with a bit of age. Still very fresh opened a bottle last month, good acidity, still very youthful, well balanced, lime, guava tropical fruit flavours and a long aftertaste. Excellent with foie gras or pate's. I have 20 bottles left of this wine, so if interested in more stock please let me know.
