Restrained but beautifully interwoven aromas, waxy yet fresh. Whiffs of hay bales, camomile, fynbos and violets. On the palate, fresh and linear, almost weightless but not insubstantial, picking up volume and finishing on a gentle puff of persistence. (Michael Fridjohn)
