Made in an authentic Clare Valley style harking back to late 19th-century winemaking traditions. Vinified in open stainless steel lined fermenters and matured for 12 months in new (20%) and seasoned French oak, The Shiraz-Malbec oozes voluminous blackberry, plum and mulberry fruit, a whiff of eucalyptus, and fine and persistent tannins.
This gem of a wine is only a handful of places in the world, none currently in the UK. Ratings between 92 and 97 points, this promises to be truly outstanding.
