40 years old - bottled in 1974
Pre-decimal measurements on label: 70° Proof and 26 2/3 Fl Ozs.

Professionally dated using registration number on front label and markings on bottom of bottle (see detail below).
The blend in those days was much superior to the current blend and reportedly included a fair amount of Lagavulin, which is now one of the most sought after malts in the world.

Dating:
The answer to the year of your bottle's production is actually built into the glass markings on the bottom of the bottle. The markings of "55" & "74" are traditionally used as identifiers for the number of the Bottle Mould on which this bottle was produced (#55), and the year in which it was produced ('74).
Additionally, I did a bit of double checking on the Serial-# & labelling of your bottle...
The label-style (with the White Horse logo centred above the name) is one that has only been in used since 1970-71. The Serial number also very closely matches serial numbers found on example bottles shown in advertisements dating to around 1974-75.
...both of these seem to confirm the validation of the date given (1974) in the glass markings.
