Lots of gubbins - text - on the label which this Bordelais just cannot get his head round (the Krauts do make it difficult for ordinary mortals...)
Nevertheless this fine bottle is, I am assured
a) extremely good and
b) extremely rare.
The 1976 is a revered vintage in German wine circles and this 'Schoenberger Herrnwingert bla bla bla' is in truly remarkable condition, with a fine clean label, VERY high level - just under 1cm under the bottom of the capsule, which itself is in very good original condition.
