"The Riesling Qba is overtly primal nose here with lawn cuttings, melon and chalk dust, not quite as precise as some of the drier 2009s from Donnhoff. The palate is quite pointed, vibrant acidity, notes of tropical fruit, dried mango and apricot with a hint of quince paste and white-berries towards the finish. Good length with a nice kick of orange zest on the aftertaste. Tasted May 2010"
