Colour: Brilliant with pale straw hue.
Nose: Aromas of passion fruit, guava and melon overlay subtle nuances of lemon & nougat yeast complexities.
Palate: The wine is rich and opulent with tropical & citrus characters continuing to the palate with a memory of summer blackcurrant. Fresh acidity combines with a fleshy mouth feel creating a generous and well-balanced wine with good length.
Style: Cool fermentation in stainless steel tanks. No malo-lactic fermentation and no oak usage. This sauvignon blanc is as fresh & crisp as an early autumn Marlborough morning and is best drunk young.
Food: It pairs well with seafood, even rich dishes, and chicken. Wonderfully fresh with spicy food.
