Bright citrus notes highlighted by honeysuckle and creme brulee with hints of pear guava and pineapple.

Grapes are hand-harvested during the cool early morning hours to preserve the delicate flavours. Whole grape clusters are loaded directly into a Bucher bladder press for a very gentle pressing which allows the juice to be separated from the skins without contributing any harsh characteristics.
