We have owned this bottle for quite a long time.
Recently we noticed that there was slight seepage and it was evident that the cork had started to slip.
We removed the old cork and replaced it with a plain cork.
As such, there can be no guarantee as to the quality of this wine. Dessert wines are know to put up with all types of things but any bidder needs to be aware of the re-corking and the possible effect on the wine.
The old cork, which came out all in one, is available if required.
