Description

ORGANIC EXAMINATION: Straw yellow color, intense mineral scent with hints of citrus and spice, with a savory, full-bodied, structured and persistent taste, with a good acidity.

GRAPE: 100% Timorasso

VINEYARD OF ORIGIN: name Grondona South-South-West exposure altitude 400 m surface 1 ha strains / ha 4000 sixth plant 250 x 90

TRAINING: Classic Guyot with Simonit & Sirch pruning method

YEAR OF PLANT: 2006

SOIL: clayey, calcareous with medium-textured texture, worked with utmost care using only organic products in respect of the environment

YIELD PER HECTARE: 60 quintals

HARVEST: 1st decade October 2013, manual in boxes

VINIFICATION: Soft pressing, controlled T ° fermentation 14-16 ° C

MATURATION: A year in steel at controlled temp with permanence on the fine lees and programmed batonnages

AGING: In bottle for at least 12 months
