Bright light yellow color. Nose of lemon curd and pear. Lean, minerally mouth feel. Better with some breathing time and warming up from cellar temperature. Flavors of pear, lemon curd, flinty minerals. Well balanced with plenty of acidity. I think this will get richer with some bottle age.
