You can also decant our great white wines.
Open the bottle an hour before serving, but always replace the cork.
Decanting always encourages wines to express their full complexity.
But, as with a bottle, if you’re decanting the wine, always replace the stopper.
If you particularly enjoy fruity aromas and fresh wine, drink it within one and three years.
If you enjoy the subtle taste of good white dry sherry, then lay down your Daumas Gassac whites for at least five years - even ten! The mysterious tertiary characteristics are quite amazing.
