3 x 6 bottle lots available of this stunning Hunter Valley Semillon. Only 3000 bottles have been released so far, so if you get all three you would net just over 0.5% of the wine available globally. At 11.5% alcohol this is far lighter than many an aussie wine and is already starting to show well, despite having many, many years of development ahead. Ultra-pure fresh lemon with a hint of honey on the nose, full flavoured with mouthwatering acidity, a mineral streak and a finish that lasts a very, very long time.
This wine is bottled under stelvin. All wines in top condition and stored in a cool cellar since purchase.
