Description

A lovely bouquet of lemon, green apple, wet slate, pear and a touch of baking spice. On palate, precise, with driven acids and stony minerality. Very well balanced. Good volume and fruit weight to match the racy acids. Citric and malic, with touches of tropical fruit. Acceptable length. Delicious now but pretty primary, it'd benefit from a couple of years cellaring.
