The word ‘Meoru’ is Sardinian for ‘my treasure’ as the Vermentino grape is highly valued in this island. Brilliant straw yellow colour, it displays a clean aroma of thyme and lavender mixed with candied citrus and ripe pear notes. Savoury palate, balanced by mineral acidity. A long and fresh citrusy finish, with a touch of sea salt aroma. Best when paired with roasted seabream and potatoes, pasta with clams, seafood salad or young soft cheese.
