Description

ORGANIC EXAMINATION: It has an intense straw yellow color with evident golden notes. Perfume on the nose it is immediately impacted, with evident orifice notes, of white fruit, apple, pear, pineapple, tropical fruits and bitter almond. The taste is warm or quite warm, enriched by a soft and quite savory structure, it is fresh and balanced. In some cases, thanks to its acid structure, it is able to express its potential even after ten years. Ideal to accompany pasta made with white fish sauces, clams, Catanese (with wild sardines and nocchietto), shrimp tempura, Mediterranean sashimi, Sicilian arancine with meat sauce and spinach, parmigiana, fried meatballs.
