La Mondiotte is a Bordeaux wine which in the appellation Saint-Émilion, ranked Premier Grand cru classé B in the Classification of Saint-Émilion wine since 2012.
The vineyard is a mere 4.5ha laid to Merlot and Cabernet Franc. Aged in 100% oak, while considered a seriously impressive wine by vendors such as BBR, critics consider it somewhat over concentrated when compared with the other von Niepperg owned wine La Gaffeliere. However, this has not stopped the wine from commanding extremely good prices in recent vintages.
